HOKALI is seeking enthusiastic After School Enrichment Educators to supervise TK–8th grade students in Reedley, CA. The role emphasizes safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences with a focus on music theatre.

Educators will follow structured lesson plans, receive access to the HOKALI Academy, and have opportunities for growth within the company. Competitive compensation is offered at $50 per hour with flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• Experience teaching music theatre or related performing arts.
• Comfortable supervising mixed-age groups TK–8th grade.
• Willing to complete 3 hours of online training.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise students TK–8th grade and ensure safety.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities.

Compensation: $50 p/hr.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities
• Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork
• Effectively manage student behavior using positive reinforcement
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records
• Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe
• 18+ years of age
• Ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training
