As a Music Teacher, you will teach music lessons according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum, grow student numbers, and nurture our culture of integrity, inclusion, passion, and respect.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
• Teach students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Assist with customer service as needed and help build long‑term relationships with students.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Student & Parent Partnership

• Collaborate with students and families through frequent communication, building trust, and respecting parental insight.
• Communicate students' and parents’ progress and goals frequently.
