Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a passionate Music Teacher to deliver lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum, helping students grow and enjoy playing music. You will work to increase student count and cultivate a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

You will partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule sessions, retain students, and provide exceptional customer service while fostering an inclusive, music-loving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in music, education, or related field.
• Ability to teach multiple instruments (e.g., Drums, Guitar, Keyboard).
• Strong communication with students and families about progress.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount based off community needs.
• Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Assist with customer service as needed, helping to build and maintain long-term students.
• Additional duties as assigned
