Job summary

Guitar Center in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a Music Teacher to deliver lessons through the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum, helping students grow and enjoy playing music while upholding our culture of integrity and inclusion.

You will partner with the Lessons Lead to grow student headcount, teach across instruments (drums, guitar, keyboard), support customer service, and take on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach proficient instrument (drums, guitar, keyboard, etc.).
• Demonstrates competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount.
• Teach students utilizing the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Assist with customer service as needed, helping to build and maintain long term students by creating a great experience.
• Additional duties as assigned.
