Job summary

The Guitar Center Company seeks a Music Teacher to deliver lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. You will inspire students, grow the class roster, and create a welcoming environment that reflects our culture of integrity, inclusion, and musical passion.

Responsibilities include partnering with the Lessons Lead to schedule and retain students, teaching Vocals or other instruments, and supporting customer service to foster long-term engagement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in music, education, or related field.
• Ability to teach vocals or the instrument they are proficient in (e.g., guitar, keyboard).
• Proficient in demonstrating teaching competency in their area.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
• Increase student headcount and ensure students grow and enjoy playing music.
• Assist with customer service to build long-term student relationships.
• Other duties as assigned.
