Job summary

The Guitar Center Company is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to deliver lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum and to grow student enrollment while fostering a culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

You will teach music across instruments like drums, guitar, and keyboard, focusing on student development and customer experience within our store environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument that they are proficient in such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students using the Guitar Center Lessons Curriculum.
• Work to increase student headcount and ensure students grow and enjoy playing music.
• Assist with Customer service to build long-term students and provide a great experience.
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain students based on community needs.
