Job summary

Guitar Center Inc. is hiring a Music Teacher to guide students through lessons using the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. You will foster growth, nurture passion for music, and uphold our culture of integrity, inclusion, and respect.

You will work with the store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain students, communicate progress with families, and help learners achieve musical goals while delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument they are proficient in such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard.
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum.
• Increase student count and ensure each student grows and enjoys playing music.
• Partner with store Lessons Lead to schedule and retain student headcount.
• Assist with Customer service as needed, helping to build long term students.
• Additional duties as assigned.
