• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and collaboration.
• Organize and lead student performances and recitals to showcase their talents.
• Collaborate with other music educators and staff to enhance the overall music program.
• Stay current with music education trends and incorporate innovative teaching methods into lessons.
