Job summary

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a full-time staff member to help administer Melody Academy of Music’s locations in Fremont and Cupertino, CA. You will be the primary contact for students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth daily operations and scheduling.

The position is 30 hours per week, afternoons/evenings Tue-Sat, with responsibilities including greeting students, scheduling coordination, enrollments, and general admin.

Qualifications

• Organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset.
• Interest in music and music education would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet students and ensure teachers stay on schedule.
• Respond to scheduling-related calls and emails from students and families.
• Process enrollments; leverage sales skills where relevant.
• Interface with teachers to help manage student schedules.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation and initiative.
