Mercor is a remote-first platform that connects elite talent with AI labs. We are seeking a Music Production Expert - Hebrew for a contract role. You will evaluate AI-generated music, label songs, and review lyrics while collaborating with AI teams.

The candidate should have native or near-native Hebrew, strong English reading, at least 2 years in music production or audio engineering, and access to studio monitoring gear. Remote, up to 6 months, 20+ hours/week.

Qualifications

• Must-Have Native or near-native proficiency in Hebrew.
• Must-Have Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• Must-Have 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Must-Have Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.
• Preferred Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Preferred Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Preferred Broad familiarity with contemporary Hebrew genres, sub-genres, and artists.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated music for musicality, creativity, prompt adherence, vocal quality, and production/mix quality.
• Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other musical characteristics.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance the quality of AI-generated music.

Compensation: $17–$42/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Up to 6 months
