Guitar Center in Pasadena, TX seeks a Lessons Lead to ensure a great experience for customers and students by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, answering questions, and guiding tours of the Lessons facility. You will drive lesson enrollment, manage instructor schedules, maintain curriculum sales, and communicate with parents and students to deliver a positive experience. Requires 3+ years in musical instruction, ability to lift 25 lbs, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction (admin, retail non-instruction, etc.).
• Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
• Intermediate proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Increase the student count within the lesson program by driving sales and promotions.
• Sell rehearsal space.
• Communicate with parents and students to ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate lesson schedules with instructors.
