Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a dedicated Music Teacher to create a supportive, engaging learning environment for students of diverse ages and skill levels. You will teach music, communicate progress to families, and collaborate with store teams to optimize lesson scheduling and student retention.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education or related field and 2 years of music teaching experience; advanced degrees and multiple-instrument expertise are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of music teaching experience.
• 8+ years teaching experience across multiple instruments (e.g., violin, piano, guitar)

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Build positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, goal-setting, and progress updates.
• Partner with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage student retention.
