Job summary

Music & Arts, part of the Guitar Center enterprise, seeks a dedicated Music Teacher to create a supportive learning environment and inspire students. You will teach lessons, build relationships with students and parents, and collaborate with store teams to schedule and retain learners.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Music Education or related field and at least 2 years of teaching experience, with preferred advanced degrees and certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in music education or performance required.
• At least 2 years of music teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Teach music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels.
• Build relationships with students and parents through regular communication and goal-setting.
• Coordinate with store teams to schedule lessons and encourage retention.
• Share musical expertise to inspire students' growth.
