Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for our music products and Secretlab gaming chairs in-store in California. You’ll provide shoppers with personalized solutions to meet their needs while driving sales, using your people skills and passion for technology to create memorable customer experiences.

We offer ongoing training and self-guided learning to keep you ready to showcase products, promote promotions, and help customers upgrade their music and gaming setups.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in customer service, sales or related fields

Responsibilities

• Use skills learned from training to engage with customers, provide them with complete solutions and create positive experiences
• Use available tools to stay current on promotional initiatives and help drive profitable growth
• Generate future opportunities by discovering customers’ current and long-term tech needs
