Job summary

The College of Music at the University of Colorado Boulder seeks a dynamic and inspiring leader to serve as Director of the Entrepreneurship Center for Music (ECM). This is a full-time, 9-month teaching faculty appointment (non-tenure track) combined with a 12-month faculty director appointment, with employment to commence on August 12, 2027.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in music, arts administration, or related field.
• Strong leadership record in academic or non-academic settings.
• Experience securing grant funding and developing programs.

Responsibilities

• Direct and program ECM activities and programming.
• Teach courses that build career readiness and entrepreneurial skills in music.
• Coordinate internship programs and experiential learning activities.
• Guide the ECM's long-term vision, growth, and cross-campus collaboration.
