Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking an Operations Associate to support store operations and customer experience. You will handle shipping and receiving, inventory control, and merchandising to ensure products are presented effectively for customers.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, assist with daily tasks, and collaborate with store teams to meet service and sales goals. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and weekend/evening availability are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a loud environment for 5-8 hours.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Inventory control tasks.
• Shipping and receiving of gear and other items.
• Cycle counting of inventory.
• Stocking and merchandising to a planogram.
• Printing and placing signage and price signs (POP).
• Cash handling and shrink control.
• Additional duties as assigned.
