Job summary

JETSET Pilates in Seattle is seeking an energetic instructor to lead 50‑minute, music‑driven Pilates classes that challenge clients safely. You’ll coach, correct form, and modify exercises for all levels while maintaining a welcoming studio atmosphere.

As part of the team, you’ll build genuine relationships, support community events, and participate in ongoing education through the JETSET Instructor Training Academy. CPR/AED certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Passion for health and helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently lead a fast-paced, music-driven group fitness class.
• Willingness to complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy Program, including a 5-day on-site training.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, 50-minute modern Pilates classes with music-driven energy.
• Provide individualized coaching, form corrections, and exercise modifications for all levels.
• Inspire and motivate clients while maintaining energy and professionalism.
• Build authentic relationships with clients and foster an inclusive studio environment.
• Support local marketing and community engagement efforts as needed.
• Continue education and development through the Instructor Training Program.
