Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading worship in a church or ministry setting.
• Proficiency in vocals, piano, guitar, or other instruments.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with worship software such as Planning Center or ProPresenter.
• Active Christian faith aligned with doctrinal beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct weekly worship services, including Sunday services and special events.
• Recruit, schedule, and rehearse worship team members, vocalists, and musicians.
• Select and curate worship music that aligns with the church's vision and message.
• Oversee all audio/visual and technical needs related to worship productions.
• Manage worship ministry administrative duties including scheduling, budgeting, and communications.
• Collaborate with pastoral staff to ensure cohesive and Spirit-led worship experiences.
• Develop and mentor worship team volunteers and musicians for spiritual and musical growth.
• Schedule would be Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 32 hours average.

• Degree in Music, Worship Ministry, or related field preferred
