The role reports to the VP of Data and Insights and requires translating complex data into concise summaries for business development and artist strategy. Music industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or similar analytical roles.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, DOMO, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets across streaming platforms, social media, and marketing to identify trends and opportunities.
• Own ongoing reporting and insights delivery across the label.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to track performance.
