Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Music Cue Sheets Coordinator to join the Cue Sheets and Music Administration team within its Music Business & Legal organization. Based in Los Angeles, you will help track and manage cue sheets, deliver timely royalty reporting, and support compliance with CMO obligations across Netflix content globally.

You will partner with productions, internal stakeholders, and our publishing administrator to ensure high-quality data, accurate reporting, and ongoing growth of Netflix's

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with music cue sheets, preferably in the music department at a film/television studio, television network, or production company.
• Mastery of one or more cue sheet tools (RapidCue, Cuetrak, Soundmouse) with an ability and desire to work with other cue sheet platforms and formats.
• Unparalleled organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.
• A clear, concise communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work proactively, independently, and reliably on multiple projects under tight timeframes in a fast-paced production environment.
• Highly collaborative and curious, with the ability to be fluid and respond positively to change and new ideas.
• Tech-savvy individual proficient in Gmail and Google Suite with a strong sense of how cloud-based document and database systems are used in a modern business environment.

The Cue Sheets and Music Administration team is part of Netflix's Music Business & Legal organization within the Data, Tech, and Rights division. We are responsible for tracking and managing all music used across Netflix content globally, ensuring accurate cue sheet reporting and compliance with CMO obligations. We partner closely with productions, internal stakeholders, and our publishing administrator to support cue sheet creation and delivery and enable timely royalty distribution. Our team maintains high-quality music data while overseeing the administration and continued growth of Netflix's music catalog.

Requirements

• You will have at least 3-5 years of experience with music cue sheets, preferably in the music department at a film/television studio, television network, or production company. Knowledge of the music clearance process for recordings and publishing is a plus
• Possess mastery of one or more cue sheet tools (RapidCue, Cuetrak, Soundmouse) with an ability and desire to work with other cue sheet platforms and formats
• Unparalleled organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail
• A clear, concise communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
