UTA’s Agent Training Program offers an immersive experience with mentoring and exposure to every facet of the entertainment industry. At UTA, clients come first, and the culture thrives on collaboration and execution.

This full-time program provides hands-on work with Agents and Executives in the music touring process, including booking, ticketing, marketing, and career strategy. Locations include Los Angeles, New York, and Nashville, with cohorts starting in January, March, June, and September

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or soon-to-graduate with interest in the music industry.
• Experience or internships in music, booking, or tour operations is valued.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience with booking, ticketing, marketing, and career strategy on tours.
• Work directly with Agents and Executives on live touring projects across departments.
• Engage in real projects that shape tours and connect with audiences nationwide.

What You’ll Do:

• Exclusive Learning Opportunities: Experience world-class programming and practical feedback.


• Hands-On Experience: You won’t observe from the sidelines. you will work directly with Agents and Executives on every part of the music touring process: booking, ticketing, marketing, and career strategy. Expect to engage in real projects that shape tours, fill venues, and bring comedy to communities across the country


• Collaborate with Industry Leaders: Have direct access to a global agency network spanning all departments. You will connect with industry leaders, build lasting relationships, and work alongside peers who share your passion.

• Competitive Pay: This full-time position pays $23 per hour, with benefits included.
