Houston Museum of Natural Science is seeking a Housekeeper in the Building Department. This full-time, non-exempt role pays $12 per hour and involves cleaning public spaces, staff areas and restrooms across the museum.

Responsibilities include routine floor care, trash removal, high-touch surface sanitizing and restocking supplies. Candidate must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED, and able to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Formación

• Visually observant with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain public spaces including entries, walkways, exhibit galleries, elevators, stairwells and retail spaces.
• Clean floors, restrooms and staff work areas; vacuum, sweep, wax, buff.
• Sanitize high-touch fixtures and collect trash/recycling.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and supply closets.
• Respond to urgent cleaning needs and participate in occasional cross-department projects.
