Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oklahoma history and museum visitor services.
• Experience handling money and operating POS software.
• Excellent customer service and written/spoken communication.
• High school diploma or GED; retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors with exceptional customer service.
• Take admissions and museum store sales.
• Give directions and information about the museum and events.
• Maintain the museum store by cleaning and restocking as needed.
• Answer phone calls and forward to staff; perform other duties.
