Job summary

City of St. George is seeking a part-time Recreation Worker II (Front Desk) at the St. George Art Museum. You will welcome visitors, support educational programs, assist with exhibitions, and help with daily museum operations.

Strong customer service and flexibility are valued in this role. The position is part-time with weekend/evening shifts and requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy (Google/Windows) and a friendly, dependable attitude are important.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Customer service experience preferred.
• Licenses and/or Certifications: None.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service in person and over the phone; assist visitors and answer questions.
• Support Education team with tours, classes, and programming as assigned.
• Assist in Exhibit preparation, including printing and hanging labels, preparing exhibit space, and organizing materials.
• Aid in promotion and advertising of programs and events; register participants for programs.
