Plato's Closet Murfreesboro is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and support the store team. You will greet customers, oversee transactions, and help manage inventory and displays while guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Create a positive store experience by greeting them immediately, and by handling transactions professionally and enthusiastically


• Become familiar with brands, products, and prices


• Buy used clothing and accessories


• Tell customers about promotions


• Price and ticket items, restock store according to merchandising plan


• Maintain store displays and inventory levels


• Assist manager in scheduling and managing employees


• Lead team meetings


• Provide guidance and training to junior employees


• Be responsible for opening and closing the store


• Be confident in enforcing company policy


• Ability to execute company floor-sets
