Orion Placement is assisting a regional law practice in southeastern Pennsylvania. The attorney will advise municipalities on zoning, land use, and real estate matters, draft ordinances, and attend public meetings.

Candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and have 2+ years of municipal law experience. On-site onboarding with flexible hybrid work later, based in Lansdale or Pottstown.

Qualifikationen

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of municipal law and land use, zoning, or real estate experience.
• Experience advising clients on municipal, zoning, development, or property related matters.
• Ability and willingness to attend evening municipal meetings.
• Strong legal writing, research, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability to work primarily in person from the Lansdale or Pottstown office.

Aufgaben

• Advise municipalities and other clients on zoning, land use, real estate, and local government matters.
• Draft and review ordinances, resolutions, agreements, easements, and other municipal and real estate documents.
• Counsel clients on zoning applications, development projects, property matters, and regulatory requirements.
• Attend municipal board, council, planning, zoning, and other public meetings as needed.
• Work directly with municipal officials, developers, property owners, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Research Pennsylvania municipal, zoning, and land use laws and provide practical legal recommendations.
• Manage matters independently while collaborating with experienced attorneys across the firm.
