Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking an attorney to join a regional law practice serving municipalities, developers, and property owners in southeastern Pennsylvania. You will advise on zoning, land use, and real estate matters, draft ordinances and agreements, and represent clients at local government meetings.

Candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar with at least two years of municipal law experience and be willing to attend evening meetings.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 2+ years of municipal law, land use, zoning, or real estate experience.
• Experience advising on municipal, zoning, development, or property matters.
• Willingness to attend evening municipal meetings.
• Strong legal writing, research, communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work primarily in person from Lansdale or Pottstown.

Responsibilities

Location:

This position can be based in Lansdale or Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The role is primarily on site, especially during onboarding and while establishing client relationships. Once established with our team, there is flexibility for a hybrid schedule.

Note:

Candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and have 2+ years of directly relevant experience involving municipal law and land use, zoning, or real estate matters. The ability to attend evening municipal meetings is required.
