Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC, boilers, chilled water systems and RTUs (5-60 tons).
• Possession of Texas Air Conditioning License (Contractor) Type A or B preferred.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and repair services for City-owned HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
• Interact with other City employees and citizens.
