Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of law.

Responsibilities

• Prosecute a wide range of municipal cases, including traffic and criminal charges.
• Interview complainants and witnesses, determine facts, issue complaints.
• Advise Police Officers and City officials on legal interpretations of City ordinances.
• Represent the City in prosecuting building, health, and zoning violations.
• Perform duties with adherence to case deadlines and court dockets.
