• Perform maintenance and repair of building components, plumbing, electrical, painting and carpentry.
• Read blueprints and sketches to prepare for tasks and maintain records of work and materials.
• Conduct safety inspections and follow established safety practices.
• Assist in scheduling work, coordinating with staff and contractors to complete projects.
