Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to support the Mequon, Wisconsin location. The role focuses on keeping a safe, organized environment for 1,000+ employees, maintaining building systems, and coordinating with service contractors.

The position requires experience with plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and HVAC, plus the ability to read prints and operate common trade tools. On-call availability and adherence to safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or 4 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Provide facility maintenance support for the Mequon, WI location and maintain a safe, organized workplace for 1,000+ employees.
Support all building systems including structure, roofing, siding, windows, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC; coordinate with service contractors as needed.
Take work orders, prioritize tasks, and ensure safe, efficient completion.
Report to Facilities Supervisor and work on-site Monday–Friday.
Operate equipment such as aerial lifts and industrial fork trucks as required.
