C&S Wholesale Grocers in Windsor Locks, CT is hiring a Warehouse Generalist to support multiple roles across the warehouse. You will fill in for positions such as Selector, Dock Worker, and Palletizer, performing picking, packing, pallet building, and loading duties.

The role is full-time on 1st shift with a 4-day week. Typical pay is $22.00 per hour and benefits start from day one, with overtime as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to safely operate pallet jack and forklift equipment.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy items and work overtime as needed.
• Experience with RF terminals and voice-picking systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fill in for multiple warehouse roles including Selector, Dock Worker, and Palletizer.
• Pick products for customer orders using selective and case-picking methods.
• Build pallets and load trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety.
• Operate pallet jacks and forklifts; assist in inbound/outbound activities.
• Record daily actions using voice-picking sheets and equipment terminals.
