Job summary

Sonic Drive-In is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to deliver friendly, prompt service and assist in multiple stations, including Fountain & Frozen, Food Production, Grill, Fryer, and Drive-Thru where applicable. You will keep guests satisfied with accurate orders and lively service.

Ideal candidates can work nights, weekends and holidays, adapt to busy shifts, and follow Sonic’s appearance and hygiene standards while contributing to a clean, safe dining environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexible in all situations based on restaurant business needs.
• Effective communication and basic math/reading skills.
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders and making accurate change quickly.
• Providing food service to guests with enthusiasm.
• Packaging items and ensuring product quality and consistency.
• Preparing drinks and ice cream treats.
• Cooking on grill and operating fry station as needed.
• Cleaning the drive-in restaurant areas, including trash disposal and sanitation.
