Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through soil and clean production areas, learning to receive, sort, wash, dry, iron and load linens for delivery to hospitals and medical facilities. You will operate various production equipment as needed and ensure safety and quality standards are met daily.

Employees rotate between jobs based on production needs; learning curves are two to five days and every employee must meet standards within two weeks.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Employees must be willing to move between all jobs via rotation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort returned soiled linen into appropriate classifications for washing.
• Operate and rotate through Soil and Clean production stations with appropriate safety practices.
• Move empty carts for cleaning and reuse; ensure carts are ready for loading onto trucks.
• Support Shipping Clerk duties and other production operator tasks as needed.
