Qualifications

• Employees must be willing to move between all jobs via rotation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Open customer returned soil bags (about 45 lbs each) and pre-sort as required.
• Operators float between multiple positions along the line to sort into bins.
• Move empty carts to cleaning areas and reuse.
• Carts must be cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for loading onto trucks.
• Adhere to quality standards and safety requirements.
• Catchers must remove non-Crown items and call maintenance when needed.
• Hand Folder: fold items and stack in carts; identify defects or non-conforming items.
• Ironer: feed linens into spreader and ironer; monitor for jams or faults.
• Shipping Clerk duties include weighing carts, recording data, and preparing carts for shipment.
• May rotate to cover other positions as required.
