Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking a Production Operator to rotate through soil and clean production areas at our Florida plant. You will learn to sort, wash, dry, iron, and load linens, moving between roles based on daily production needs.

Employees rotate across positions to meet staffing requirements and quality standards. Learning curves are 2–5 days per position with two-week proficiency, and pay varies by area and shift.

Qualifications

• High School Education or GED preferred.
• Excellent teamwork skills required.
• Willing to move between all jobs via rotation when needed.
• Able to learn equipment and operate production lines.

Responsibilities

• Sort returned soil linen into appropriate classifications.
• Operate conveyors and sort items into bins on the line.
• Fold and stack linens for cart assembly and transport.
• Run and monitor the ironer, hand folder, and catcher roles as assigned.
• Assist with loading carts and preparing them for shipment.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards throughout the plant.
