Job summary

vTech Solution is seeking a Registered Nurse with experience across Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatry, Labor & Delivery, PACU, and Operating Room. You will perform patient assessments, administer medications, and develop care plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, excellent communication, and willingness to conduct field work. A valid RN license and BSN are required; travel may require a driver's license and insurance.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of two years' experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Strong interdisciplinary team collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and automobile for field work.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, and Operating Room.
• Conduct patient assessments and administer medications as prescribed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Manage case and hospice care for individuals with advancing age, frailty, and serious illness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
