Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain certification and licensure on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total patient care across ICU, CVSU, ED, medical-surgical and telemetry units.
• Document care and ensure accurate charting and data entry.
• Collaborate with CNO, ACNO, Nurse Manager, physicians and staff to promote teamwork.
• Provide patient education and discharge planning.
• Work independently within approved policies and department regulations.
