Job summary

Qualifications

• Some College coursework completed in an accredited school of nursing to include successful completion of at least 1 semester required.
• Current enrollment in accredited nursing program upon hire and required licenses/certifications as applicable.

Job Summary

• The Multi-Care Technician II (MCT II) builds on foundational skills to deliver patient care and monitor telemetry. This position supports patient care activities, performs EKGs, assists in daily living tasks, and functions as a Monitor Tech. Works under the supervision of an RN.

Qualifications

Education

• Some College Coursework Completed in an accredited school of nursing to include successful completion of at least 1 semester. (Required)

Licenses/Certifications

• CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant or CMA or EMT Upon Hire (Required) Or
• Other: Current enrollment in an accredited school of nursing Upon Hire (Required) And
• BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire or within facility‑specified time frame (Required) And
• EKG - Electrocardiogram Certification Upon Hire (Preferred)

Experience

• 1+ years patient care experience in a hospital setting (Preferred) And
• Combination of Education and Training that includes successful completion of Monitor Tech Course (Required)
