Qualifications

• Versatile maintenance and remodeling capabilities for residential work.
• Effective communication with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance and handyman repair tasks
• Warranty and/or punch-out items for design-build projects
• Demolition, drywall patching, painting, trim work
• Door & window installations and repairs
• Basic electrical work and basic plumbing services
• Tile and grout repair and partial kitchen/bathroom remodels
• Maintain stock of necessary equipment and efficient material use
