Job summary

Simmons Foods is hiring for a Utility KS Days position in Siloam Springs, AR. This role supports production lines and utility functions across multiple stations, requiring flexibility and attention to safety and quality standards.

You will operate equipment such as case makers, labelers, checkweighers, and perform inspections, rework, data logging, and teamwork with the shift supervisor. In-person applications at Hiring Center receive priority.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Experience in food processing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the line to support the supervisor or lead when needed.
• Inspect packaged product to ensure date codes, product inclusion, seal integrity and remove non-conforming product.
• Perform rework and follow established safety and quality procedures.
• Operate equipment such as case makers, labelers, case tapers and checkweighers, and monitor HMIs.
• Document temperature checks and log data in required systems.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and properly manage tools and materials.
