Job summary

Aggreko, LLC in Benicia, CA is seeking a Technician 1 – Multiskilled to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on power generation and temperature control equipment.

Based at the Benicia service center, you will travel to customer sites in the local area, work with other technicians, read schematics, and contribute to safe, reliable operation and quick turnaround of equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to obtain site certifications as required.
• Willingness to travel locally and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on generators, engines, electrical distribution, HVAC, and chillers.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures at customer sites and service center.
• Read schematics and safely diagnose equipment.
• Support readiness and turnaround activities at the Benicia service center.
• Travel locally in company vehicle with occasional overnight travel.
