Job summary

Sikla USA Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator - Multi-Skill to support our Suwanee and Buford locations in Georgia. You will operate multiple forklift types, handle goods, and perform prefabrication work with saws and cutting tools, maintaining safety and quality across all processes.

The role emphasizes accurate order picking, material handling, and collaboration with teams to meet tight schedules. Proficiency with ERP and MS Office is preferred, and candidates must be able to lift 75 lbs and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating multiple forklift types.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of prefabrication, machine operation, or metal cutting.
• Forklift certification required (or willingness to obtain certification).
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs independently.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple forklift types safely and efficiently in various warehouse environments.
• Perform inbound/outbound goods handling, packing, and order picking with accuracy.
• Conduct prefabrication tasks, saw operation, and measuring to support timely delivery.
• Maintain 5S standards, organize workspace, and uphold safety protocols.
