Job summary

Colonial Electric Supply in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders in a cross-trained role. This position offers overtime opportunities and follows a Mon - Fri, 6pm - 2:30am schedule.

You will rotate through Zone Specialist, Packing/Staging and Wire Cutter, with training provided. Safety is a priority and you will operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Age: 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to be on your feet for the majority of the shift.
• Must be detail oriented with basic math skills.
• Must be able to work with limited supervision.
• Must be able to work with team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Miscellaneous assignments as required by management.
• Safety: Ensuring the complete physical safety of oneself and one’s co-workers at all times without exception.
• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Zone Specialist / Picking: Pick orders using scan technology and place on conveyor belt for delivery to packing/staging area.
• Packing/Staging: Double check customer order for accuracy; pack items for delivery to staging area.
• Wire Cutter: Correctly select items for orders and feed wire onto foot shear to cut to length.
• General Duties: Maintain knowledge of policies, perform safety and housekeeping duties, operate equipment (Pallet Jack, Counter Balance, Forklift) with training.
