Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Developmental Technician focused on General Facilities and Maintenance to help maintain the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of stores, equipment, and fixtures. You will work under a General Maintenance Manager, following schedules and guidelines to perform inspections, cleaning, and repairs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with High School diploma or equivalent.
• CDL preferred or required as stated.
• 1 year in plumbing, electrical, MHE, or related trade; OR 2 years Walmart store experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facilities, equipment and assets across stores.
• Use multiple craft skills to complete jobs with hand/power tools.
• Receive reactive work orders and document repair activities in the system.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
