Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations across multiple sites, combining customer service with sales responsibilities. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent through regular inspections.

You will also manage cash drawers, process deposits, and contact customers to collect payments as needed while maintaining a professional, outdoor-friendly work routine.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Our property managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside.
