Job summary

Greystar in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to service two communities, The Winnifred and The Winston. You will diagnose defects, perform make-ready tasks, and ensure safety and quality standards across both sites.

This multi-site role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work between locations, including rotating on-call duties, to keep properties in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site property maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair on-site equipment.
• EPA Type 1/II refrigerant certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish make-ready tasks to prepare vacants for leasing and inspections.
• Access materials, track inventory, and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts where feasible.
