Job summary

Jabil in Colorado is seeking a Senior Planning Leader to drive standardized planning processes across multiple sites and to lead the Planning Department with 12 direct reports. You will influence master scheduling, capacity planning, and KPI tracking to support business objectives and customer requirements.

The role requires a strong background in supply chain planning, analytics, and cross-functional leadership, with travel up to 25%+.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
9–12 years of materials experience with at least 6 years in management.
APICS/NAPM certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead Planning Department across multiple sites and manage direct reports.
Develop and implement new planning strategies and ensure master schedule integrity.
Oversee capacity modules, reviews schedules, and monitor department KPIs.
Ensure data integrity, budgeting, and cross-site collaboration with operations.
Drive standardization of planning processes, tools, and performance metrics.
Act as liaison to Materials Manager supporting multiple sites.
