Granite Recovery Centers is seeking a Full Time APRN to oversee daily medical flow and admissions for new clients. The APRN will identify chronic and acute needs and coordinate with the nursing team, representing the facility professionally and promoting a collaborative, non-judgmental care environment.
The role requires APRN licensure in the appropriate state, CPR/First Aid, and experience in a team setting, with preference for DEA license and experience in addiction/mental health settings.
APRN will report directly to the Medical Director. The APRN is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day medical flow. The APRN is responsible for completing admissions process with all new clients. The APRN identifies and documents chronic and acute medical needs of clients and communicates this to the nursing team. The APRN represents the facility in a positive manner, both personally and professionally. The APRN promotes a mutually supportive environment that emphasizes a collaborative approach and one which values contributions of all members, including staff and clients.
