Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic to support a portfolio of institutional facilities in the Rock Springs, WY area. The role involves routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and building system upkeep, with travel between sites and after-hours emergency response as needed.

The candidate will perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks, coordinate service routes, and document activities using CMMS.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, building systems; HVAC knowledge as required by scope.
Proficient with CMMS and basic tablet/mobile device applications.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; able to work independently.
Willingness to travel long distances as needed.

Responsibilities

Perform minor plumbing repairs and leak resolution, fixture maintenance, and clearing clogs.
Electrical repairs including switches, outlets, and lighting; maintain lighting systems.
Carpentry tasks such as door adjustments, hardware installation, cabinetry repairs, walls and painting.
HVAC troubleshooting including thermostat adjustments and filter changes.
Process and close work orders in CMMS; meet service levels and response times.
Coordinate daily service routes across multiple facilities; maximize efficiency.
Maintain company vehicles and ensure safe driving across routes.
On-call duty on a 24/7 rotational basis.
